Developer raffle for Windows Mobile applications
until 1. Oktober 2004
Microsoft and pocketland.de are starting a new raffle for PocketPC software developers.
Enter a useful application for business or private life for the Windows Mobile platform.
Every marketable application which is published for first time between april 15th and october 1st 2004 can take part. In addition to the normal sweepstake there will be special awards for the best .NET based applications.
Applications can be entered in different categories: Business, Hobby+health, Communication+internet, Travel, Desktop. The topics can be choosen freely. The application must meet the following criteria:
Application must run on Windows Mobile 2003 or Microsoft Smartphone
Published first time on Windows Mobile between 15. April and 01. October (application may be ported from another platform)
User interface in German language
Marketable in Europe
Applications will be judged on usefulness, originality, usability and marketability. Prizes will be 10 coupons for buying PocketPC hardware 500 Euro each. The three best .NET applications will be rewarded with 1000 Euro coupons each.
